· Closing head built in SS 304· The closing head installed on the capper is a hysteresis closing head with continuous torque. The hysteresis technology offers transmission without contact and therefore without wear. The hysteresis capping heads ensure high accuracy of repetition of the torque (± 2%) and with their continuous closing torque (no impact), are therefore the optimal choice for the application of plastic pre-threaded screw caps, better suited than conventional magnetic heads with permanent magnet and with intermittent torque. The capping head limit torque can be adjusted up to 3.4 Nm. SS 304 heads provide excellent corrosion resistance and wear.
