The Automatic Capping Machine with Cap Feeder machine is suitable for sealing package of rotary covers of plastic bottles, glass bottles, etc. This machine is mainly applicable to dust proof plastic lid sealing with round bottles, such as various PET plastic, iron, aluminum, paper cans, etc. With the advanced product design, reasonable structure, and simple operation, it is an ideal packaging equipment for your bottles and jars.

· Electronic controls of the machine via PLC touch screen.

· All devices in charge with transfer and movement of the bottles are realised in HD polyethylene to ensure the minimum wear and a fully silent functioning.

· Complete with entry sensor for automatic start and exit sensor for “too many bottles” accident

· Machine supplied with one set of tools for working one product format and “one cap” format.

PLC & ELECTRICAL CABINET

Stainless steel electric board with low voltage controls, placed at machine side. Complete with electrical photocells placed in the enter and on the exit, in the case of problems and no arrival of bottles, the machine stops. Machine speed electronically adjusted by means of inverter. The Machine is complete with stainless steel electric board with low voltage controls, placed at machine frame side. Electronic control of the machine by a SIEMENS PLC touch screen. (Allen-Bradley or other brands available on demand).

PICK & PLACE Divide

· Closing head built in SS 304
· The closing head installed on the capper is a hysteresis closing head with continuous torque. The hysteresis technology offers transmission without contact and therefore without wear. The hysteresis capping heads ensure high accuracy of repetition of the torque (± 2%) and with their continuous closing torque (no impact), are therefore the optimal choice for the application of plastic pre-threaded screw caps, better suited than conventional magnetic heads with permanent magnet and with intermittent torque. The capping head limit torque can be adjusted up to 3.4 Nm. SS 304 heads provide excellent corrosion resistance and wear.

Electronic control of the electro valves by means of an encoder, adjustable by the PLC.
